KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and develop the VPS (Valeo Production System) and Industrial Digitalization activities across the site
- Manage, develop and coach the VPS & Digitalization team, supporting their professional growth and
- performance
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean activities in line with the Valeo Production System (VPS)
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen and Lean workshops, identify improvement opportunities and follow up on actions
- Support production teams through VPS training, coaching and Gemba activities
- Actively participate in the PG Industrial Digitalization network, follow new technologies and share best practices to improve operational efficiency across the site
- Define and support industrial digitalization initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Lead the implementation of digital manufacturing solutions, such as MES and traceability systems
- Coordinate digitalization projects with Production, Engineering, IT/IS, Quality, Supply Chain and external partners
- Monitor KPIs and ensure the effective deployment of VPS standards and best practices across the site
REQUIREMENTS:
- Engineering degree with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in production, logistics, process engineering or Lean manufacturing, preferably in an industrial environment
- At least 2 years of people management or team leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement; experience in process digitalization is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, combined with a strategic, proactive and improvement-oriented mindset
- Professional working proficiency in English
