For Valeo Zebrak we are looking for Site Business Management Controller:
YOUR CHALLENGES:
- Team member of the management control team at site level with responsibility for Tangible Investments and Direct labor cost
- Contribute to Planning and reporting processes
- Contributes to understand and validate the financial performance
- Ensures reliability of financial statements
- Management control support for the Site for items related to Tangible Investments and Direct labor cost
- Participate to, understands and challenges monthly closing
- Provides analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance vs Plan, Forecast)
- Develop or implement standard management control tools
- Achieves specific ad-hoc analysis
- Prepare and pre-validate investments authorization requests
- Follow-up and reporting of on-going investments
- Analysis of assets under construction
- Drives performance of Direct labor cost
LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:
- University degree with a focus on Economics/Finance
- Ideally 3 years of controlling experience in a manufacturing company (Automotive background is not mandatory)
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- English at a B2 level (knowledge of French is a plus).
- Strong analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
