You will serve as the client’s point of contact for the project throughout all phases of development and production launch, and you will be responsible for ensuring that commitments regarding quality, deadlines, and profitability are met. Your responsibilities: * Manage the OEM program (costs, quality, deadlines) * Plan team activities and ensure that project milestones are met * Coordinate all internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, quality, launch) and be functionally responsible for them * Oversee technical activities (systems, software, mechatronics) * Plan and monitor project resources * Coordinate the resolution of technical issues and those related to customer satisfaction * Manage all project-related changes and ensure coordination within your team * Define and manage budgets * Set objectives for team members and ensure their evaluation * Ensure customer satisfaction * Monitor progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) * Communicate the project status to the Valeo organization About You: You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) in Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Telecommunications, and have at least five years of professional experience as a Project Manager, including budget management and team leadership. Diplomatic and attentive to others, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills, leadership, and ability to make sound decisions. Résumé du Poste** Le Conducteur de ligne chez VALEO SYSTEMES DESSUYAGE est responsable de la supervision et du bon fonctionnement d'une ligne de production, en garantissant la conformité aux normes de sécurité, la qualité des produits et l'efficacité opérationnelle. Responsabilités** * Assurer la conformité des opérations de la ligne avec toutes les procédures et réglementations en matière de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (SSE). * Mettre en œuvre et faire respecter les procédures de sécurité, y compris les verrouillages, pour prévenir les accidents et incidents. * Identifier et évaluer les risques potentiels sur la ligne de production (Reconnaissance des risques). * Promouvoir la Sensibilisation à la sécurité auprès de l'équipe et encourager un Leadership en sécurité proactif. * Participer activement à la Sécurité de processus et à la Sécurité environnementale. * Effectuer des contrôles qualité réguliers sur les produits fabriqués (Contrôle de la qualité - CQ). * Interpréter les instructions de travail et les spécifications techniques. * Optimiser le flux de production et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels courants. * Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé. * Collaborer avec les équipes de maintenance et d'ingénierie pour améliorer les processus.
