Valeo Térmico busca una persona graduada en Ingeniería para unirse al equipo de Garantías. En este puesto, gestionarás y analizarás las reclamaciones de garantía de los clientes, interactuando con equipos internos y externos para resolver problemas técnicos y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente. Responsabilidades del puesto * Análisis de piezas devueltas por el cliente: Análisis de las devoluciones de garantía elaboración de informes para el cliente. * Reducción de costos de garantía: Seguimiento de facturas y registros de garantía por cada cliente. Disputar reclamaciones y costos de garantía cuando sea aplicable. * Indicadores de garantía: Realizar el seguimiento regular de los indicadores de garantía (WR). * Interfaz con el cliente: Ser capaz de interactuar con el equipo de calidad y servicio del cliente para apoyar en los problemas de garantía y recopilar los datos del campo. * Soporte para definir la responsabilidad de la garantía con el cliente: Analizar técnicamente la pieza de garantía y presentar el porcentaje de responsabilidad de Valeo en el fallo, obteniendo el acuerdo sobre la responsabilidad de la garantía. * Análisis de los datos de garantía del cliente y escalado de riesgos: Analizar los datos brutos de garantía de los clientes y ser capaz de hacer conclusiones sobre el análisis de los mismos y escalar cualquier riesgo relacionado con calidad o costos. * Buena comunicación con equipos multifuncionales: Recopilar comentarios de los clientes y análisis de campo.
