Lead and manage customer service team and the procurement team for all the site: * Define and follow up indicators and targets for the team. * Support the implementation with the appropriate departments (APU, Logistics, Purchasing, VPS) tools and methods in order to improve the supply chain organization like Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run.
