Activités de Référent(e) Qualité : * Être responsable du déploiement, de l'application et de l'amélioration continue du Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ) du laboratoire, en garantissant la conformité aux exigences ISO 17025 et Cofrac. * Communiquer et mettre en œuvre les modifications et mises à jour du SMQ au sein du laboratoire. * Dispenser la formation initiale au SMQ aux nouveaux arrivants et veiller à la formation Qualité de l'équipe. * S'assurer de l'application des mises à jour qualité dans le laboratoire. * Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité de toutes les activités d'essais. * Assurer le suivi des compétences de l'équipe et la gestion des processus QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control). * Animer la réunion mensuelle de l'équipe et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI). * Participer à la gestion du système qualité et à la mise à jour du SMQ du site. * S'impliquer dans le réseau Qualité de l'entreprise. * Participer à la revue de direction, au contrôle qualité et à l'analyse des normes de qualité. * Mener les audits internes et externes et gérer le traitement des écarts (non-conformités). * Réaliser les enquêtes de satisfaction clients et équipe, et en analyser les données. * Assurer le suivi des rapports d'essais et de la qualité des résultats. * Garantir la qualité et la conformité des enregistrements et des activités du laboratoire en effectuant des contrôles qualité réguliers. * Veiller à l'application de la méthode 5S et des règles de sécurité dans le laboratoire. * Participer à la veille et à l'analyse des normes techniques ; assurer l'amélioration technique et l'application des mises à jour.
