Nous recrutons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Méthode Production H/F Vos missions : * Vous concevez, améliorez et standardisez les gammes de fabrication associant mécanique de précision et systèmes robotisés. En tant que référent, vous apportez votre expertise aux équipes projets et à la maintenance. * Garantir la performance, la fiabilité et la sécurité des lignes de production robotisées. Être le référent technique pour les aspects mécaniques et robotiques, assurer la montée en compétence des équipes et piloter les projets d'optimisation des moyens d'assemblage. Vos responsabilités * Expertise Robotique & Process : Assurer le support technique sur nos îlots équipés de robots Stäubli et Yaskawa (programmation, trajectographie, recalage de trajectoires, optimisation des temps de cycle). * Industrialisation mécanique : Valider les implantations d'îlots et les outillages de préhension mécaniques adaptés aux contraintes de la grande série automobile en collaboration avec le service industrialisation. Concevoir les gammes de fabrication pour les nouveau produits (création de trajectoires et reprise de point) * Amélioration continue transversale : Analyser les dérives de production et les pannes complexes. Piloter des chantiers de productivité (TRS, Lean Manufacturing, SMED, AMDEC) en collaboration avec les équipes Maintenance et Qualité. * Co-design & Nouveaux Projets : Intervenir dès la phase de conception des produits pour garantir leur "fabricabilité" (Design for Manufacturing) et participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges des futurs équipements. * Standardisation & Transmission : Définir et formaliser les standards de programmation robotique et de réglage mécanique de l'usine. Accompagner la montée en compétences des équipes de production et de maintenance. À propos de vous : * Titulaire au minimum d'un Bac+3 (Licence Pro, BUT, Titre RNCP de Niveau 6) ou Bac+5 (Ingénieur, Master 2) en Mécatronique, Robotique, Productique ou Génie Mécanique, ou issu(e) d'une formation équivalente. * Vous justifiez d'un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire au sein d'un environnement industriel exigeant. * Maîtrise de la programmation de robots industriels (trajectoires, automatismes, sécurité machine). * Solides connaissances en conception mécanique, lecture de plans et outils de CAO (ex : SolidWorks). * Maîtrise des outils méthodologiques (temps de cycle, capabilités, ergonomie des postes, PDCA). * Pédagogue, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un excellent esprit d'équipe, votre leadership technique vous permet de fédérer autour des changements de process.
