Currently for Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanów we recruit a APU Manager Your challenges: Manage people: * Monitor team competences and develops its autonomy (training plan building, follow-up & training actions implementation); * Ensure working standards are respected on its APU during the operations (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product); * Lead daily, weekly & monthly meetings and organize delegation. Manage standards; Manage production: * Be responsible for customer satisfaction; * Balance HC vs customer needs; * Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP); * Assign & check corrective actions on recurring problems with Production Unit and Plant support departments; * Validate monthly the demonstrated capacity of APU. Manage continuous improvement: * Lead daily Production Unit QRQC (Safety, Quality, Direct Labor efficiency, Maintenance); * Lead workstation ergonomics risk analysis and elimination; * Be responsible for Customer Line Return; * Manage the budget of Production Unit. Contribute to successful new projects. Join our team if you have: * Min. 4 years of experience in a position related to Production Management in a company from the automotive industry; * Team management experience; * High level of communication and negotiation skills; * Knowledge of production and quality management in a company from the automotive industry; * Initiative in action, entrepreneurship, organizational skills, strategic and analytical thinking skills; * Very good knowledge of English (knowledge of German will be an advantage); * Ability to motivate the team.
