L'équipe Discipline Mécanique recherche actuellement, dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, un Mechanical Design Leader (H/F). Vos missions : Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Responsable du Département Mécanique, vous pilotez votre groupe d'ingénieurs et de techniciens. Vous êtes le garant du niveau de compétences de votre équipe, ainsi que du déploiement opérationnel des standards, processus et outils de conception mécanique de pointe (standards RAISE). Vous êtes responsable du développement et de la validation de la conception 3D et 2D des produits en ligne avec le planning des projets. Vous validez la faisabilité des composants produits avec les fournisseurs. Vous êtes garant des chaînes de cotes des produits conçus. Standardisation & Conception Robuste * Garantir le plus haut niveau de robustesse sur chaque conception en mettant en œuvre les revues techniques et revues de conception (Design Reviews) avec les Standard Owners concernés. * Contribuer activement aux activités de résolution de problèmes des départements Redbox et QRQC. * Soutenir l'équipe RAISE en assurant la parfaite transmission des connaissances et la mise en œuvre rigoureuse des standards. * Examiner, challenger et valider les demandes de dérogation aux normes (déstandardisation) avant leur publication. Processus, Méthodologie & Outils * Déployer et appliquer les processus d'ingénierie mécanique, les méthodologies et les outils définis au sein du département. * Garantir le déploiement complet de la méthodologie des 5 axes Valeo. * Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus, normes et outils de votre discipline d'ingénierie. Gestion Budgétaire & Efficacité * Piloter et réussir le Plan d’Efficacité de l’équipe (Engineering Efficiency Plan) en encadrant les projets d'automatisation, la modélisation paramétrique et l'implémentation de l'Intelligence Artificielle (IA) À propos de vous : * Formation : Diplôme d'Ingénieur ou Master (Bac+5) avec une spécialisation en Génie Mécanique. * Expérience : Vous justifiez de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans la discipline mécanique, idéalement acquise dans l'ingénierie automobile ou un secteur industriel connexe particulièrement exigeant. * Compétences techniques clés : * Maîtrise incontournable du logiciel Catia V5 et des environnements PLM Target. * Solides connaissances en GD&T (tolérancement fonctionnel), Stack-up (chaînes de cotes), ainsi qu'en méthodologies DFMEA / FA (AMDEC Conception et Analyse des Défaillances). * Connaissances importantes en conception mécanique de pièces en plastique ; aluminium et acier (connaissances en engrenage seraient appréciés). * Soft Skills : Reconnu(e) pour votre leadership et votre capacité à mobiliser et fédérer des équipes, vous possédez un excellent sens de l'écoute, de la communication et une forte agilité pour gérer des priorités transverses. Méthodique et très organisé avec une bonne capacité de synthèse sont des qualités importantes pour ce poste. Langues : Maîtrise courante de l'Anglais et du Français (oral et écrit), indispensable dans notre contexte de relations internationales. About the Role: The Personal Property Tax & State and Local Tax (SALT)/ Administrator/Account is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and filing personal property tax returns and other state and local tax filings across multiple jurisdictions. This role also administers tax abatements and incentive programs by identifying opportunities, preparing applications, and ensuring ongoing compliance with program requirements. The specialist ensures all filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable state and local tax regulations. Responsibilities Also Include: * Prepare, review, and file personal property tax returns, including asset listings, valuations, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. * Maintain tax compliance calendars and ensure all filing deadlines are met. * Reconcile tax accounts to the general ledger and investigate discrepancies or variances. * Research state and local tax laws, regulations, and jurisdictional filing requirements. * Partner with Accounting, Finance, Fixed Assets, and other internal departments to obtain information necessary for tax filings. * Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax compliance activities. Abatements & Incentives: * Identify eligibility for tax abatements, exemptions, and incentives * Prepare and submit abatement applications and supporting documentation * Track and manage compliance with abatement agreements (reporting, deadlines, renewals) * Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies regarding abatement programs * Support audits related to abatement claims and tax filings * Assist with state and local tax audits, including data gathering and response preparation * Maintain documentation to support filings and positions taken * Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on the organization * Assist in implementing process changes resulting from new tax laws or business initiatives. Prepare and file miscellaneous state and local tax returns, including: * Nevada Modified Business Tax (MBT) * Nevada Commerce Tax * Ohio Commercial Activity Tax (CAT) What You Should Have: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 1+ years of experience personal property and other misc tax compliance * Strong Accounting background * Direct experience with tax abatements or incentive programs strongly preferred * Strong understanding of multi-state tax regulations and filing requirements * Strong understanding of General Ledger and Accounts Reconciliation * Advanced Excel skills & Experience with SAP S4/HANA Join us!
