Nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Groupe des Tests Industriels F/H Vos missions : Afin de garantir une qualité et une efficacité optimales sur l’ensemble de nos gammes de produits, nous avons mis en place une équipe centralisée d’ingénierie des procédés regroupant des experts des différents métiers de la fabrication de cartes électroniques en production de masse : PCB, PCBA et test. Cette équipe pilote l’innovation en matière de méthodologies, d’outils et de plateformes de test, soutenant ainsi toutes nos équipes de développement et de production. Le/la Responsable Groupe des Tests Industriels au sein de l’équipe centralisée est un(e) expert(e) technique chargé(e) de définir, développer et déployer des stratégies de test standardisées utilisées dans la production de masse des cartes électroniques (lignes SMT), ainsi que des méthodologies et solutions de test pour les cartes électroniques utilisées dans l’ensemble de nos produits. Ce rôle est essentiel pour garantir la cohérence, l’efficacité et la compétitivité de nos processus de test à l’échelle du groupe. Responsabilités principales Développement de la stratégie et des méthodologies de test du groupe : * Définir et promouvoir des stratégies de test harmonisées ainsi que les meilleures pratiques pour la conception et la fabrication de cartes électroniques sur l’ensemble des lignes de produits. * Évaluer et sélectionner les technologies et équipements de test les plus efficaces et adaptés aux besoins futurs. * Développer des architectures de test génériques et modulaires, réutilisables par les équipes projets. Outils centralisés d’analyse de couverture de test et plateformes logicielles de test : * Développer et maintenir les logiciels utilisés pour vérifier les conceptions et fournir des analyses de couverture de test. * Animer le réseau des utilisateurs issus des différentes divisions et maintenir des bibliothèques et méthodologies communes. * Assurer le support et la formation à l’utilisation de l’outil sur les différents sites de production. Standardisation et documentation : * Établir des normes et des directives de test pour l’ensemble des activités de test des cartes électroniques. Support technique et expertise : * Fournir un support technique expert aux équipes de développement produit et de production pour la mise en œuvre des solutions de test. * Agir en tant que référence technique pour la résolution de problèmes complexes liés aux tests et au diagnostic des défaillances. * Participer à la formation des ingénieurs et techniciens de test au sein des différentes entités du groupe. * Amélioration continue et innovation : * Assurer une veille technologique active sur les nouvelles méthodes et technologies de test (par exemple : IA appliquée aux tests, tests sans contact, DFT avancé). * Proposer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d’amélioration continue afin d’optimiser la couverture de test, de réduire les temps de cycle et de diminuer les coûts. * Promouvoir les approches « Design for Testability » (DFT) et « Design for Manufacturing » (DFM) auprès des équipes de conception. Collaboration et communication : * Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes R&D, production, qualité et achats afin de comprendre leurs besoins et de garantir l’alignement des stratégies de test. * Animer des groupes de travail et des communautés de pratique autour des tests électroniques.
